Through a glitch in Applepay
"Through a glitch in Applepay I had two orders go to the wrong address. I was told by the shipping company that only the seller could change the destination. I reached out several times, left messages with customer service and never heard a word back from MitoQ. Two orders of over $200 went to aberrant address over an hour from my home and never reached me. Very disappointed. I've lost over $400 with zero support from MitoQ. This was extremely disappointing."
